Qualifications:
- Female, Single age maximum 30 years old
- Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) from Secretary / English Literature / Industrial Engineering; Preferably graduated from overseas
- Minimum 3 years eperiences as a Secretary
- Fluent in English is a must; Verbally & written
- Good Computer skills in Word, Excel and provide Presentation in Power Point for each Departement
- Used to work with Expatriates
- Managing for Appointment of Meeting with Managers & Costumers
- Preparing Budget for Presentation from all Departments
- Should be dynamic enough to smoothly coordiante the Official Tasks
- Can work Under pressure
- Honest, Discipline, harworking, good interpersonal skill, good motivation and can work in a Team
