Yayasan Fondasi Hidup (FH) are looking for a dynamic and experienced Indoneisan Individual to fill the Position of:
1. PROGRAM OFFICER
2. EDUCATION OFFICER
3. LIVELIHOOD OFFICER
4. FINANCE & ADMIN ASSISTANT
5. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Required skills and Competencies:
- University Degree preferably in Creative Education (1 and 5), Management & Public Healty (2 and 5), Agriculture (3), Accounting (4), and Psychology (5)
- Have a good selft management, focuses on result, work with energy and a positive, constructive, attidute, good humored even under pressure
- Ability to work independently and execellent team player
- Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability
- Experience in Organize meetings / training / workshops / conferences and in deliver training & iscussion
- Abiliy to work in an isolated community and a challenging environmen
- Fluency in Written and Spoken English
- Conduct Capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system, Develop and strengthen monitoring, Inspection and evaluation Procedures, Monitor and Evaluate overall progress on achievement of results, effect, impact and sustainability of the project (1)
- In - Depth Knowladge and Methodology in education program, Strong anaytical and conceptual skills to think and plan Strategically and evaluate options (2)
- In - Depth Knowladge and Methodology in Livelihood issues, Have Knowladge in family finance managementk, cooperatives, micro enterprises (3)
- Ability to prepare and analysis financial report, atention to detail, and interest in administration (4)
- Help and develop the communities to bring about social change and improve the quality of life in their local area, Work with Individuals, families and whole communities to empower them (5)
