Officer development Program Which specializing in nurturing and grooming young talented and driven Individuals to become future Sharia Banking Leaders. We equip everyone in SBDP with an in-depth knowledge banking activities and on-the-job training in various units across the Syariah Banking especially in Consumer & SME Banking, hence they will become the Syariah Banking specialist in the future
Who Are We Looking For?
Candidates that are well-groomed, have a good communication skill, reliable, dependable and resonsible. We also are looking for candidates with business acumen, critical thinking, strategic thinking, adaptability, and networking confidence, Moreover, these are the basic requirements the candidate should have:
- Hold a Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from any discipline with
- GPA 3.00 or higer (scale of 4.00)
- Marital status is single
- Maximum age of 26 years old by joining date time
- Able to communicate in English both verbal and writen
Ho Long Does It Take?
SBDP will take twelve months to complete, with additional two years of service bonding in permanent employment term. So you will be required stay within the program for three years from your joining date
- In-class training in your 1st to 3rd months
- On-the-job training in your 3rd to 6th months
- Tie up in certain units in your 7th to 12 th months
- Service Bonding in your 13th to 36 th months
